Our lodging is closed for the season. Thanks to the many people who
shared our home this year. It's been our pleasure. Maybe we'll see YOU next year!

Come . . . stay in our pre-revolutionary period home with its center chimney and
steep roof. Climb the curved stairs to the upstairs chamber. Relax and enjoy yourself as
others have for over 200 years. Imagine what it was like to be in your room the year of
the Boston Tea Party! Or during the Revolutionary War! The hand-hewn beams and wide pine
floors speak of a time gone by.
And, yet, there are modern conveniences: a soaking tub and shower, a flush and an above
the counter sink. Nor should we forget air-conditioning and a king-size bed to relax in
after a busy day!
Early in the morning listen to the lobster boats chugging out for a day's
catch while you make yourself a cup of coffee, tea or cocoa using ingredients supplied by
your hosts. And, then off to one of our local restaurants for a hearty breakfast. The day
is spent visiting Pemaquid Lighthouse, taking a boat cruise or any of the
many other activities available.
Later in the day, you might meander down to the dock on Round Pond Harbor
and enjoy a lobster from the day's catch.
We created the Old Gray Goose as a special retreat for adults. So, if you want to bring
children or pets, discuss that with us first. Also, note that ours is a
non-smoking facility.
A word of caution. We also have a ghost or two, friendly, but unidentified as yet. They seem
to wander at the other end of the house, so not to worry.

Attention boaters, sailors and kayakers. Desperate for a night on shore with a shower
and a confortable bed? And, while you're at it, dine out or pick up some
supplies? Stay at the Old Gray Goose and, for a flat rate of $20, we will pick you up
at Round Pond Harbor, New Harbor or Pemaquid Harbor and get you to a local restaurant or
store. Just make it clear when you make your reservation.
